PT Undip Mandiri Aneka Jasa Usaha (UNDIP MAJU) is a limited liability company owned by Universitas Diponegoro business entities (BUMU). UNDIP MAJU was established based on the deed dated March 31, 2017 No. 14 made before Notary Soes Amara Argawati, SH in Semarang. The establishment deed has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. AHU 0016400.AH.01.01. TH.2017 dated April 6, 2017.
The establishment of UNDIP MAJU aims to carry out Universitas Diponegoro commercial and profit-oriented activities professionally and accountably, facilitate the commercialization of research results from Universitas Diponegoro academic community, and support Universitas Diponegoro reputation as a World-Class University.
The management of UNDIP MAJU is carried out based on the principles of "Good Corporate Governance" and the Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies to realize the company's vision and mission.
